It's been SOOO long...

I have not updated this blog since March...time has flown!
We are on a mega road trip right now going west/pacific northwest and we created a blog just for that...it is www.hatresttravelinwest.blogspot.com if you interested in keeping up with us! Hopefully once back home I can get back into the blog world...I do miss it! Please pray for us over the next 2 weeks as we continue our journey!!!

These are just a few other pictures from the past month or so...Michael and I both took the day off on Anne's birthday and took her to Chuck E. Cheese. Anne didn't really love it. She still wasn't feeling great, but we still enjoyed a relaxing day with our family!

Anne's second birthday party!!!

Ok..I'm finally posting some pictures from Anne's birthday party...As you can see, we had an Elmo theme! She loves Elmo!!! Anne was actually feeling a little under the weather this weekend but was so excited to see everyone at the party, she forgot all about feeling sick. Natalie, Lily, and Conner are a few of her friends that were able to come and LOTS of family!!! Thank you everyone for coming and the great gifts!!!

Christmas is in the air and I've caught the spirit! I'm so excited about Christmas this year. I guess it started with our tradition of putting up the Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. It was so pretty with all of the ornaments we've collected (some since Michael's birth, ha!) Now, they have worked their way up to the top half of the tree since Anne likes to play with them a little too much! (I'll post a picture of this soon!)
Just to update you on what's going on with us...
Michael has finally finished with his master's and is contemplating a doctoral program in technology in education...I'm still teaching at Nora Davis Magnet school in Laurel and thinking about starting my master's...in something...not sure. I have just finished reading the Twilight saga...which was AMAZING! I'm thinking of rereading soon.
Anne is changing almost everyday. She is starting to talk a lot more finally and sooo independent! She loves to play chase around the house and loves her pappy (passy) which we thought we had gotten rid of ....oh well. She loves to sing with me and her daddy to play the guitar. She hates bedtime; I think she would stay up all night if she could. Some of her favorite foods are goldfish, dried apples, yogurt, animal crackers, chicken nuggets, peas, oatmeal, eggs, mashed potatoes, and pretty much anything sweet. We are really enjoying her and all of her little quirks!
